5. Payment Terms: Clients are responsible for making timely payments as per the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may result in a delay in project delivery or additional charges.

6. Warranty and Liability: While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point.
